Request Processing

Enhance service and save time in your sampling program with HCP electronic requests. Processing paper requests and receipt forms manually is time-consuming and might lead to human error. For inbound paper forms, we combine optical character recognition (OCR) technology with visual verification to translate paper requests into an electronic format allowing for more efficient and accurate processing. Both digital records and original paper request images are stored in the system and can be easily accessed using our viewers.

Business Rule Processing

Our cutting-edge rules manager allows us to streamline request processing and eligibility verification of all sampling channels. SampleIQ seamlessly integrates with your systems utilizing standard interfaces and web services, allowing for easy deployment and operation. We apply business and compliance rules that can be standardized across multiple programs to ensure only valid orders are fulfilled. Rules processing examples:

Shipment Monitoring

AOC Monitoring

Once shipments have been delivered, SampleIQ automation will monitor for AOC compliance. Our state-of-the-art rules manager evaluates AOCs for completeness and accuracy in accordance with your business rules. If HCPs don’t return AOCs on time or returned AOCs have a discrepancy, our team stands ready to use the AOC follow-up functionality built into SampleIQ, ensuring missing AOCs don’t interrupt the HCP sample ordering experience.

Communication Management

The SampleIQ communication manager offers a variety of automated emails and SMS text alerts to keep the HCPs, field personnel, and operational teams informed through every step of the ordering process. In addition, SampleIQ uses automated communications to streamline the AOC follow-up process, improving overall compliance. Communication examples:

Signature Audits

As a component of the PDMA-required security and audit system, our team will manage the entire signature audit process for both random and for-cause audits. After the letters are sent, SampleIQ uses automation and rules management to monitor and record the receipt of returned responses. Our operations team will work with you to research and document any negative or insufficient responses.

Dashboards & Reporting

SampleIQ offers a robust DTP dashboard with information to aid you in the management of your sampling programs. These dashboards provide operational metrics such as sales force sampling and HCP ordering trends. Synergistix can also build data warehouses based on your unique business goals.
