Transaction Monitoring Programs

SampleIQ can import sample transactional activity from any client CRM. Using cutting-edge automation, SampleIQ will proactively monitor these transactions to identify compliance-impacting events and take client-defined action based on business rules to ensure adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements. Monitoring program examples:

Reconciliation Management

The Synergistix Reconciliation Manager provides a highly automated reconciliation process that aids our operations team in efficiently managing client reconciliations. Using the SampleIQ communication manager, our operations team can easily send bulk reconciliation communications and generate FDA report incidents from within a project, ensuring adherence to SOPs and federal and state regulations. For each participant, the system will:

  • Identify and pull inventory counts
  • Perform calculations
  • Assign reconciliation status
  • Generate reconciliation reports

Storage Unit Audits & Closeouts

SampleIQ uses automated processes to schedule annual, random, closeout, and for-cause inventory counts and property collections. The system will import and store inventory counts and storage inspection results, allowing you to easily review them within the Inventory Audit module. In addition, the system will detect and alert on deviations from client-defined storage requirements. Audits and closeouts are offered through one of our preferred partners.

Signature Audits

As a component of the PDMA-required security and audit system, SampleIQ allows our team to efficiently manage the entire signature audit process for both random and for-cause audits. After the letters are sent, SampleIQ uses cutting-edge automation and rules management to monitor and record the receipt of returned SVLs and provide efficiencies our operations team uses to complete client-required actions for negative or insufficient responses.

SDF Management & Processing

Complete the processing associated with electronic orders even when a situation doesn’t allow for e-signatures. Sales reps use sample distribution forms (SDF) when computers or the CRM are unavailable. We facilitate SDF and paper signature backup processes, enabling reps to successfully sample doctors and log visits. We then assist in following up on lost or missing items in returned forms and managing efficient, reliable verification.
