Designed with field-based personnel in mind, all core features of CATS–Mobile, or CATS–M, are accessible offline and utilize advanced auto-sync technology to make seamless updates. In addition to typical CRM features, this module features fully integrated dashboards, an easy-to-use carousel menu, “one-click access” to all system functions, and an optimized graphical user interface.

We provide the necessary latitude and longitude geo-targeting information to append to each address and utilize advanced mapping and GPS-enabled portions of the CATS system. This enables reps to effectively pre-plan call activities based on business rules while also gathering pertinent information from call notes, telemarketing and direct mail, and all other interactions captured or imported into the system.

Through our technology-driven firewall process, your reps can communicate medical inquiries from HCPs to medical science liaisons (MSL) in a compliant manner. CATS–M can serve as a tool to document interactions between the HCPs and MSLs.


CATS–Remote is a web-based system ideal for inside sales groups, managers, and other power users, providing full management capabilities and support for unlimited accounts and contacts.

When territory flexibility is required, CATS–Remote gives inside sales representatives (ISRs) easy access to all territories, regardless of location, whether placing outbound calls or receiving inbound calls. This module assists in sending samples directly or leading to a link to request samples, minimizing rep-to-doctor interactions.

ISRs can leverage more than fifty standard reports, each allowing users to select various criteria, including start and end dates, products, territories, and HCP or institution types. Field-based users can upload real-time information, facilitating detailed analysis by home office sales inside management. Additionally, you can create and standardize data extracts around field call activity, sample accountability transactions, and contact update details.


Built with responsive design functionality, CATS–Express, or CATS–E, is an optional, smartphone-based system that allows field-based users to capture and record interactions with HCPs and institutions when they don’t have access to their devices. CATS–E enables sales, clinical, and other teams to utilize smartphones to view practitioner profiles, record a call, and capture PDMA-compliant e-signatures for sample transactions. Fully compatible with CATS–M, this module offers rapid, convenient, and secure access to data in the field and removes the burden of physical signatures with CATS–ESC for electronic signature capture.
