Synergistix started as a consultancy in 1997 and quickly evolved to focus on salesforce automation in life sciences, incorporating compliant sampling services over time. Your CRM for Life

We’re dedicated to ensuring every implementation is completed successfully—on time and within budget. As part of our total solution, we provide CRM managed services for the best possible outcome. Our team will:

  • Help you become proficient and independent with CATS and other supported programs
  • Realign your salesforce by zip code or full territory for maximum effectiveness
  • Implement system updates on a semi-annual basis or when new functionality becomes available
  • Ensure your cross-functional support team is built for optimal operational design
  • Implement a Learning Management System to support SCORM courses and all training efforts
  • Perform depot services on end-user devices as needed

System Configuration

We’ll provide all necessary hardware, setup, and configurations for software used by commercial teams in life sciences. We’ll also assist in field testing and data validation and can optionally import salesforce automation data from existing systems into CATS for one centralized record of all activity and call history.

Asset Management

In CRM managed services, we go beyond the initial setup of hardware and software, taking responsibility for physical inventory tracking, asset reporting, unit replacement, lost unit tracking, field unit refurbishes, and returns processing. We also maintain an adequate supply of hardware to replace defective or broken assets.

Prescriber Validation

We’ll manage the processing of prescriber validation to verify the State License Numbers of MDs, DOs, and mid-level practitioners. This includes additional business rules and state-level regulations regarding the right to sample by each practitioner type and revalidate all practitioners annually.

Help Desk & Backend Support

As part of our CRM managed services, we offer Help Desk support to user teams, answering questions and empowering you to succeed with the CATS solution and other supported programs. Further, our private cloud system offers the benefits of a SaaS but with a fully validated backend system and comprehensive services.
